Our goal has always been to provide our clients with a high quality

WHAT IS NAIFA?
The National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA)
was founded in 1961 to help assure buyers, sellers and developers
of real estate that their decisions are based on appraisals and
analyses that represent fully informed, thoroughly documented conclusions.
NAIFA-designated appraisers must meet stringent membership, educational
and experience requirements and pledge to uphold the NAIFA Code
of Ethics and the Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP).
NAIFA appraisers are some of the most highly trained analysts in
the profession. NAIFA is the only appraisal association to receive
the Real Estate Educators Association award for the most outstanding
education program. NAIFA is comprised of full-time professional
real estate appraisers and others in related fields such as a real
estate, banking, governmental agencies and lending institutions.
